There are two categories of membership: Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) Membership and Associate Membership. To become a CFE Member, you must have the CFE designation and be a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). To become an Associate Member, the only prerequisites are that you have a professional interest in the field of fraud examination and a bona fide interest in Chapter membership.
The benefits of Chapter membership include:
- The opportunity to earn continuing professional education credit at member rates
- Excellent professional networking opportunities
Typical Chapter members include accountants, auditors, investigators, law enforcement personnel, loss prevention specialists, attorneys and prosecutors, managers and executives, academicians and anti-fraud consultants. Membership in our chapter is open to Certified Fraud Examiners and Associate members of the ACFE, and others interested in fraud examination.
